Yanchep is a coastal suburb north of Perth. It’s part of the City of Wanneroo, parked between Two Rocks in the north and Eglinton, Carabooda and Pinjar to the south.

Yanchep is located about 55km from Perth CBD. Driving from Yanchep to Perth takes around 45 minutes via the Mitchell Freeway.

Yanchep to Perth is around 50 minutes by train, thanks to the new Yanchep Train Station. It’s a pretty easy commute, whether you’re driving or catching the train.
