A $20,000 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a lot.
Purchasers are to reply to that email with the following information:
Preferred lot/s (up to 3)
Finance type (cash or pre-approved) Note: only unconditional offers will be considered, so it is recommended you consult with your broker or financial representative before the release.
Buyer type (owner occupier or investor)
– Registrations submitted prior to 2pm on the day of release will not be considered.
– Registrations must be sent by the purchaser and cannot be completed by a representative such as a builder.
