On Wednesday, October 8th the Seaside Spring in the Park event took place, drawing around 400 families. Bringing the community together for an afternoon of fun-filled activities including designing the Telethon sold sticker, petting zoo and food trucks. In addition to offering frequent transport to and from the new Telethon Home.
On Sunday, April 6, the local community gathered for a delightful day at the newly inaugurated Seaside park. Attendees had the opportunity to create sea animal canvas art and participate in football drills with the Mandurah Mustang Football Club.
To enhance convenience, attendees got to ride the Seaside Express, eliminating the need to walk between the two parks. The day was further complemented by an array of sweet and savoury treats offered by food vendors.
Santa made a special appearance, accompanied by his elves on stilts, to spread festive cheer. Attendees indulged in delightful treats, such as chocolate-covered bananas, which were universally enjoyed. Local vendors showcased an array of unique products, while children particularly loved the herb planting activity. The performance by the Madora Bay Primary School choir added a distinctive charm to the event.
Overall, it was a day that united the community in a spirit of joy and celebration.
The Seaside Rise & Dine was a resident mixer event designed to encourage connectivity between our residents in a fun and relaxed setting.
Residents were invited to Seaside Estate Park for a BBQ brunch with music, lawn games, icebreakers, a community mural project, and farm animals to keep all ages entertained.

The Seaside Share Place serves as a co-use facility, featuring the Seaside Sales Office located in the front room, while the remainder of the building is designated for community use.
